Emma came up to me the other day to show me her bunny ears hat. This is it:
Yep, bunny ears hat = shorts on the head. Emma is so funny. She thinks of such funny stuff! She talks to me like such a big girl. And she talks and talks and talks. Sometimes I wish she would stop talking!! :) She is so excited for Preschool to start next month. She talks about it all the time. I can't believe my baby girl is starting preschool!!
And then there is Spencer. He is silly too, when he's not driving me crazy.
He has recently started climbing out of his crib. When Emma learned to climb out of her crib, she would actually listen to me. I told her to stay in her crib and sleep and she would! Spencer, on the other hand, does not follow directions so well. As soon as I put him in, he's out. And it would be fine if he played with his toys, but he climbs on top of the changing table, pulls all of his clothes out of the drawers...
I took the side off of his crib. (I didn't want him to fall and get hurt.) Tonight when I put him to bed, I only heard him for a little bit. I got concerned about what he could be doing, so I went to check on him. This is what I found:
Asleep under the crib, with his blanket over his face. Does this look comfortable or safe?!

Kids are too funny! I'm feeling great! Just a little sleepy. :) How's the new baby?
Nice Hat!! That's a good imagination for ya! Kids are so funny!
As for under the bed- My kids do this... They think it's just another place to play. :-) Their bed is very high off the ground. Does the mattress bow when someone sits on it? That's my only thought about safety.
