A house, a park and a costume

First of all, if all goes well.... THIS is ours.....
Our offer was accepted by the bank on Thursday. It is a 2300 square foot tri-level. It needs a bit of updating, but we are so excited. It is more than double the size of the place we are living in now. We are hoping the inspection goes well, if not, we are not going to buy the house. From what we could tell the roof and the AC look pretty new. So, keep your fingers crossed for us!!
We went to the park this weekend. The weather was so nice, but a bit windy. Emma had so much fun. Spencer wasn't too fond of the wind. Shaun played with Emma, while I did this...

She really loves sliding.

Here is Spencer, hating the wind blowing at him. I turned him away from the wind, but it came in the sides.

Emma didn't want to leave, but we needed to go home and make some dinner. We barbequed some burgers. We had cut a head of lettuce to make a salad and Emma just couldn't wait. She stole a huge piece off of the counter and I busted her munching it.

At least I busted her eating lettuce and not a bar of chocolate.
Shaun and Emma went to a few yard sales and found her Halloween costume for this year.

Not bad for $2.00.

Aren't yard sales the best. You'll be so glad you have that on hand come October.
