Tall and Skinny...

Riley had his 9 month well check on Friday.  He is perfectly healthy!!  Here are his stats:

Weight: 16 pounds - 0%

Length: 29.75 inches - 90%

Head: 17.25 - 15%

He is still tall and skinny.  Just how we make 'em.  I asked the doctor if I need to be concerned about his weight.  He still said no.  As long as he is growing, he is fine.  But, if I want, I can give him a bottle of Pediasure everyday.  It has more calories than formula.  He is so active, it's hard to get him to put on any weight.  I had to stop nursing him a couple weeks ago.  Since, I am finally getting treatment for all of my health problems.  I have a freezer full of breast milk, so he still gets breast milk along with formula.  I thought when I started bottle feeding him, that he might turn into that chunk that I so badly wanted.  Nope, still skinny!!  He is such a happy baby and such a joy to have in our family!  He is so close to walking and loves to play with Emma and Spencer.  He is a tough one!  But, I guess being the 3rd child, he has to be!!  :)  He has four teeth.  Two on top and two on the bottom.  I sure love my Riley Bug!!
