Big Boy!

Riley had his very 1st haircut at 4 months old at Cool Cuts for Kids.   After that I decided that I would just cut his hair myself.  Haircuts are so expensive and with boys they need one at least once a month, sometimes twice.  I have given him many, many, many haircuts!  :)  We decided that it was time to take him back to a pro and get him a big boy haircut.  He did so good!  He sat in his own seat and let the lady cut his hair.  He stayed very serious the whole time.  He looks so much older now, but I love his haircut.

Riley is such a well behaved little guy.  I have a little story about him and want to put it on here so I don't forget.  Riley is a very, very active boy.  If you have kids you know that they can be very wiggly when you are trying to change their diaper or get them dressed.  I was changing a very wiggly Riley's diaper.  I had a thought that maybe if I asked him, like a little person, to please be still while I changed him that he might listen.  So, very politely I said, "Riley?  Can you please be still so that I can change your diaper?"  He said, "Yeah!"  And then proceded to stay still.  Too funny!  So, now everytime I change his diapers or clothes I ask him to please be still.  Everytime he tells me "Yeah!"  and stays still!  How awesome is that?!
